If you are an Indiana resident and interested in training in Naloxone, please watch the  training video below.  Once done please answer the questions below the video and submit your responses. We will then ship your supplies.  If we need anything further, we will reach out to you at the e-mail provided.

If you have a valid state I.D and would prefer to have your package delivered to a post office nearest to you, please connect with us via our Facebook page messenger located in the lower right hand corner.  Click on it and just send us a message and we will get all the details needed to generate a “hold for pick-up” for you!
